Our Staff
Our team at Maryland Farms Pediatrics works together to ensure the best possible patient experience starting from when you walk in our front door. Our front desk staff greets you with a friendly face and takes care of any appointment, message, insurance, or billing needs. Our nursing staff works closely with our physicians to provide the highest quality medical care from answering phone calls to visit check-ins and from performing lab tests to administering vaccines.
Office Manager – Katelyn Todd
Katelyn started working for Maryland Farms Pediatrics in August 2020 and was promoted to her current position in December 2021. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga.
“I’m extremely passionate about creating a welcoming environment for all our patients. Whether I’m helping solve a billing problem, coordinating office operations, or supporting our amazing staff, my goal is to make your experience with us as smooth and positive as possible. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, going on walks with my dog, Charlie, and exploring new places with my husband. I look forward to meeting you and helping your family feel at home here!”

Nursing Manager – Elise Ramsey, RN
Elise started working for Maryland Farms Pediatrics in October 2020 and was promoted to her current position in July 2024. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
“I love getting to see our patients and families grow while providing a fun, comfortable environment each time they are in our office. Outside of the office, I am usually spending time with my nephews, enjoying live music, volunteering with my church, or cheering on the Vols!”
