Insurance

As a courtesy to our patients, we will file claims with your insurance if you are covered under a plan with which we participate. Please remember to bring your insurance card with you to every visit. If we cannot verify coverage at check-in, you will be considered self-pay.

It is important that parents understand how the benefits of their insurance plan apply to their child’s visit. Benefits allowed, copayments required, and deductibles that must be met are based on the insurance policy chosen by each parent.

Maryland Farms Pediatrics accepts most commercial insurance plans; however, parents must confirm our participation with their insurer as in-network providers. Parents are also responsible for promptly informing us of any changes in their insurance coverage.
